Stanley Black Shoot for Yeshiva Gedolah of Los Angeles
It can be said that there is no right season for banquets and fundraisers. They happen all year long, which, as an event photographer, I'm thankful for. Not too long ago, I was asked to do a shoot of the Yeshivah Gedolah honoree, for the banquet invitations and for the presentation at the banquet. The honoree for the banquet was Stanley Black. Stanley is a very successful real estate businessman and philanthropist. Stanley is a very charitable and well loved member of the Los Angeles Jewish community, whose charity also consists of copies of the Ten Commandments, of which he has distributed hundreds of over the course of his 50 years in the real estate business. He gives them out in convenient, pocket-size booklets labeled “Thoughts to Live By.” You can read the full article on the Website of the Jewish Journal of Los Angeles.
Lucky for me Stanley was quite photogenic and provided me with many good shots to choose from. Here's a couple that I thought stood out.
